Terms of Use

TCG Calendar is an event-discovery, listing, and promotional platform for public card-market events where visitors may buy, sell, trade, browse, display, submit cards for grading, meet vendors, or discover trading-card-related activities.

TCG Calendar may list events involving trading card games, sports cards, graded slabs, sealed products, singles, accessories, collectibles, vendors, grading booths, card shows, trade nights, mall pop-ups, pop-culture marketplaces, and other public events where trading cards are meaningfully present.

Unless expressly stated in writing, TCG Calendar is not an event organizer, ticketing company, marketplace, escrow provider, payment processor, authentication service, grading company, vendor, venue operator, game publisher, sports league, app store provider, or official representative of any event, organizer, vendor, grading company, brand, venue, Apple, or Google.

By accessing or using the website, iOS app, Android app, mobile interfaces, creating an account, submitting an event, submitting a correction, claiming an organizer or vendor profile, uploading content, ticking an onboarding checkbox, clicking an acceptance button, communicating event or vendor details to us, or using any TCG Calendar service, you agree to:

1. These Terms of Use.
2. The TCG Calendar Privacy Policy.
3. Any Organizer Terms, Vendor Terms, advertising terms, campaign terms, order forms, app-store terms, or other additional terms that apply to your use.

If you do not agree, you must not use the website, mobile apps, or services.

Electronic acceptance, checkbox acceptance, email confirmation, form submission, WhatsApp confirmation, account use, app use, and continued use of the website or mobile apps may be treated as evidence of acceptance. TCG Calendar may keep acceptance records, including accepted document version, timestamp, IP address, user ID, company name, signer name, email address, user agent, device platform, and app version.

TCG Calendar, we, us, or our

means TCG CALENDAR Marketing Management.

Services

means the TCG Calendar website, iOS app, Android app, mobile interfaces, public listings, submission workflows, newsletter, and related services.

User

means any person who accesses or uses the website, mobile apps, or services.

Organizer

means a person or business responsible for organizing, hosting, promoting, managing, operating, or representing an event.

Vendor

means a person or business that sells, buys, trades, displays, grades, consigns, promotes, or provides trading cards, collectibles, accessories, or related services.

Event

means a public card-market event listed, submitted, displayed, promoted, or referenced on TCG Calendar.

Content

means text, event details, images, flyers, logos, photos, videos, social handles, descriptions, graphics, links, submitted materials, promotional materials, and other materials provided to or displayed on TCG Calendar.

Platform Channels

means the TCG Calendar website, iOS app, Android app, mobile interfaces, Instagram account, social media accounts, stories, reels, highlights, newsletter, email, WhatsApp/community announcements, search/social advertisements, and other TCG Calendar-owned or operated channels.

Order Form

means a separate written agreement, insertion order, campaign order, sponsorship order, invoice, or commercial confirmation agreed between TCG Calendar and an organizer, vendor, advertiser, sponsor, or partner.

You must have legal capacity to use TCG Calendar and accept these Terms.

If you are under the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, you may use the website or mobile apps only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian. TCG Calendar does not knowingly invite minors to enter into paid promotional, vendor, organizer, or advertising arrangements.

If you use TCG Calendar on behalf of a company, organizer, vendor, venue, advertiser, sponsor, or other entity, you confirm that you are authorized to act on behalf of that entity and bind it to these Terms.

TCG Calendar may publish basic factual information about public events, including event name, date, time, venue, city, entry type, activities, categories, organizer name, vendor attendance, grading availability, ticket links, registration links, social media links, and official source links.

Unless clearly marked as Verified, Official Partner, Sponsored, Paid Promotion, or similar, a listing is an independent informational listing.

A listing does not mean that TCG Calendar is affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, approved by, or officially connected to an organizer, vendor, venue, game publisher, card brand, grading company, sports league, ticketing platform, app store provider, or other third party.

We aim to display accurate event information, but event details can change. Users must check the official event source before attending, buying tickets, travelling, booking accommodation, selling products, submitting cards for grading, or making commitments.

TCG Calendar may edit, correct, unpublish, archive, or remove listings at any time if information appears inaccurate, outdated, incomplete, misleading, infringing, unsafe, cancelled, disputed, outside the platform's scope, unlawful, or otherwise inappropriate.

TCG Calendar does not guarantee that:

1. An event will happen as listed.
2. A venue will admit a user.
3. A vendor will attend.
4. A grading service will be available.
5. A ticket link, discount, coupon, registration link, or promotion will work.
6. A product sold or traded at an event will be authentic, legal, safe, fairly priced, or accurately described.

Users may submit new events, vendor information, organizer information, profile claims, corrections, source links, images, flyers, logos, and other materials through the website, mobile app, forms, email, WhatsApp, social media, or other channels accepted by TCG Calendar.

By submitting information or Content, you confirm that:

1. The information is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
2. You are not submitting false, misleading, confidential, private, unlawful, defamatory, infringing, or unsafe information.
3. You have the rights, licences, approvals, or permissions required to submit any Content.
4. You will promptly notify TCG Calendar if submitted information becomes inaccurate, outdated, cancelled, postponed, misleading, or disputed.
5. TCG Calendar may review, edit, reject, approve, publish, unpublish, archive, or ignore the submission at its discretion.

Submitting an event, correction, profile, or Content does not guarantee publication.

When you submit, upload, provide, verify, confirm, approve, or authorize Content to TCG Calendar, you grant TCG Calendar a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable licence to use, host, store, reproduce, edit, crop, resize, format, translate, publish, display, distribute, and promote that Content for the purposes of:

1. Operating TCG Calendar.
2. Creating and displaying event listings.
3. Creating and displaying organizer or vendor profiles.
4. Showing vendor attendance, grading availability, promotions, or event participation.
5. Promoting events, organizers, vendors, and the TCG Calendar platform.
6. Creating Instagram posts, stories, reels, highlights, newsletters, emails, social previews, banners, homepage features, app features, and other platform content.
7. Creating marketing previews, summaries, event roundups, vendor spotlights, and promotional materials.
8. Maintaining historical event records, audit logs, moderation records, legal records, and platform archives.

This licence applies only to Content you submit, upload, provide, confirm, approve, or authorize. You remain responsible for ensuring that you have permission to submit the Content.

TCG Calendar will not sell your submitted Content as a standalone creative asset. However, TCG Calendar may use the Content to operate, promote, archive, and protect the platform and listed events.

If you onboard as an organizer, vendor, partner, advertiser, sponsor, or authorized representative, you agree that TCG Calendar may feature and promote your submitted or verified event, organizer profile, vendor profile, public business name, public social handle, public website, event participation, booth attendance, submitted images, submitted logos, submitted flyers, submitted descriptions, and approved promotional materials through Platform Channels.

This may include Instagram posts, Instagram stories, Instagram reels, Instagram highlights, newsletters, email announcements, website banners, homepage features, app highlights, calendar highlights, event previews, vendor spotlights, vendors-attending posts, and upcoming-events promotional posts.

Unless separately agreed in writing, TCG Calendar will not claim that you are an official sponsor, exclusive partner, paid partner, or official partner. Paid campaigns, coupon codes, referral commissions, affiliate commissions, sponsorships, official partnership claims, exclusivity, and paid promotional wording may require a separate Order Form.

TCG Calendar may display sponsored listings, advertisements, coupons, referral codes, affiliate links, banners, featured vendor profiles, featured event listings, event promotions, newsletter placements, social media promotions, app placements, and other promotional campaigns.

Sponsored or paid content should be marked where appropriate. Coupon details, discounts, commission terms, attribution rules, campaign dates, payment terms, cancellation terms, creative approvals, reporting, and usage rights may be governed by a separate Order Form.

Organizers, vendors, advertisers, and sponsors are responsible for ensuring that discount, price, prize, ticket, product, sponsorship, partnership, availability, and promotional claims they provide are accurate, lawful, authorized, and not misleading.

Where any UAE trade licence, advertising permit, media permit, influencer permit, social media permit, telecom consent, app store requirement, or regulatory approval is required for a campaign, each party is responsible for holding the approvals required for its own activities unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.

TCG Calendar is primarily an event-discovery and promotional platform. Unless expressly stated, TCG Calendar does not sell event tickets, trading cards, grading services, vendor products, or attendee services.

If TCG Calendar sells any paid service, advertising package, sponsorship, listing upgrade, ticket, coupon, in-app product, or other product directly to you, the applicable price, taxes, payment terms, cancellation terms, refund terms, and service scope will be displayed or agreed separately.

Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer right, compensation right, refund right, or other right that cannot be excluded under applicable UAE law.

Any prices, discounts, fees, or promotional claims displayed by TCG Calendar should be clear and not misleading. Where VAT applies, prices and invoices should be handled in accordance with applicable tax rules.

TCG Calendar is not responsible for transactions between users, attendees, organizers, vendors, venues, grading companies, ticketing platforms, payment processors, advertisers, sponsors, Apple, Google, or other third parties.

Users are responsible for their own:

1. Purchases, sales, trades, ticket purchases, refunds, grading submissions, shipping, travel, parking, accommodation, authentication decisions, and disputes.
2. Verification of product authenticity, condition, ownership, legality, and price.
3. Compliance with event rules, venue rules, age restrictions, safety requirements, app-store terms, and applicable law.

The website and mobile apps may link to official event pages, ticketing platforms, vendor websites, Instagram accounts, venue pages, map services, payment pages, sponsor pages, coupon pages, app store pages, or other third-party services.

TCG Calendar is not responsible for third-party websites, apps, availability, accuracy, pricing, refunds, privacy practices, products, services, content, security, or terms.

You must not:

1. Submit false, misleading, infringing, illegal, defamatory, private, confidential, unsafe, or harmful content.
2. Impersonate another person, organizer, vendor, venue, business, grading company, or brand.
3. Claim authority to represent an organizer, vendor, venue, sponsor, or partner if you do not have it.
4. Upload malware, spam, phishing materials, harmful code, or deceptive links.
5. Use the website or mobile apps to promote counterfeit, stolen, prohibited, unsafe, infringing, sanctioned, or illegal goods.
6. Submit misleading authenticity, grading, pricing, discount, prize, attendance, sponsorship, or partnership claims.
7. Interfere with the website or mobile app security, operation, availability, or integrity.
8. Attempt to scrape, crawl, copy, reverse engineer, bypass access controls, or access admin areas without permission.
9. Abuse submission, correction, reporting, onboarding, or profile-claim tools.
10. Publish or submit content that violates UAE cybercrime, media, advertising, privacy, intellectual property, consumer protection, app store, or other applicable laws.

Users, organizers, vendors, advertisers, and sponsors must not use TCG Calendar to promote, submit, advertise, sell, trade, display, or facilitate:

1. Counterfeit products.
2. Stolen goods.
3. Misrepresented cards, slabs, sealed products, signatures, or memorabilia.
4. Fake grading claims.
5. Misleading authenticity claims.
6. Infringing goods, unauthorized artwork, or unauthorized branded materials.
7. Illegal, unsafe, sanctioned, restricted, or prohibited goods.
8. Products or services they are not authorized to sell, promote, or provide.
9. Misleading prices, discounts, coupons, prizes, offers, or ticket claims.

TCG Calendar owns or licenses the website design, mobile app design, software, brand elements, original text, original graphics, database structure, user interface, platform materials, and other original materials.

You may not copy, reproduce, scrape, republish, reverse engineer, resell, exploit, or commercially use TCG Calendar content, data, listings, software, mobile app, or brand materials except as allowed by law or with our written permission.

TCG Calendar does not claim ownership of organizer or vendor Content submitted by users, but TCG Calendar receives the licence described in these Terms.

Users must not submit or upload copyrighted characters, official trading card game logos, game publisher artwork, card artwork, sports league marks, grading company logos, venue logos, vendor logos, photos, videos, flyers, or promotional materials unless they have the necessary rights, licences, approvals, or permissions.

Event names, organizer names, vendor names, venue names, game names, grading company names, sports league names, and third-party brand names may appear for identification, reference, and informational purposes only.

A listing does not mean that TCG Calendar is endorsed by, sponsored by, affiliated with, or officially connected to any third party unless expressly stated.

To request a correction, removal, or rights review, contact support@tcgcalendar.ae.

Your notice should include:

1. Your name and contact details.
2. The listing, profile, Content, or URL at issue.
3. The correction or removal requested.
4. Proof of authority, ownership, or rights, where applicable.
5. Any official event source links or evidence supporting the request.

TCG Calendar may ask for additional information before taking action. TCG Calendar may remove, restrict, edit, or modify Content at its discretion, especially where Content appears inaccurate, infringing, misleading, unsafe, outdated, unlawful, disputed, or outside the scope of TCG Calendar.

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and your account information accurate.

You must promptly notify TCG Calendar if your account is compromised, your authority changes, your company details change, or any submitted information becomes inaccurate.

TCG Calendar may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts or access if a user violates these Terms, submits misleading content, abuses platform tools, infringes rights, creates legal risk, creates security risk, or acts in a way that may harm TCG Calendar, users, organizers, vendors, venues, or the public.

TCG Calendar processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

By using the website or mobile apps, submitting forms, creating an account, onboarding as an organizer or vendor, or contacting TCG Calendar, you acknowledge that TCG Calendar may process personal data for platform operation, account management, submission review, communication, fraud prevention, legal compliance, safety, analytics, and recordkeeping.

Marketing emails, WhatsApp messages, SMS messages, newsletters, push notifications, and other direct marketing communications will be handled in accordance with applicable consent, unsubscribe, opt-out, telecom, app-store, and data protection requirements.

If you provide personal data about another person, including staff members, vendors, organizers, attendees, social media contacts, or business representatives, you confirm that you have a lawful basis and all required permissions to provide that data to TCG Calendar.

TCG Calendar may update, modify, suspend, discontinue, or restrict any part of the website, mobile apps, or services at any time.

TCG Calendar does not guarantee that the website, mobile apps, or services will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, virus-free, or always available.

Mobile app availability may also depend on app store review, iOS or Android operating system changes, device compatibility, third-party SDKs, network access, and app store distribution rules.

The website, mobile apps, and services are provided on an as-is and as-available basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TCG Calendar disclaims all warranties, representations, and guarantees not expressly stated in these Terms, including warranties relating to accuracy, availability, fitness for purpose, non-infringement, event availability, vendor attendance, grading availability, ticket availability, authenticity, pricing, refunds, third-party conduct, mobile device compatibility, or app store availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TCG Calendar and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, exemplary, or lost-profit damages arising from or related to:

1. Use of the website or mobile apps.
2. Reliance on listings.
3. Event changes, cancellations, postponements, or venue changes.
4. Third-party transactions.
5. Ticket issues or refund disputes.
6. Vendor disputes.
7. Grading submissions.
8. Product authenticity or pricing disputes.
9. Third-party links.
10. Website or mobile app interruptions, errors, device compatibility issues, app store availability issues, or security incidents outside TCG Calendar's reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable UAE law, including liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, unlawful acts, or non-excludable statutory consumer rights.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless TCG Calendar from claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from:

1. Your use of the website, mobile apps, or services.
2. Your submitted Content.
3. Your event, vendor profile, organizer profile, promotion, coupon, advertisement, sponsorship, or campaign.
4. Your breach of these Terms.
5. Your infringement of third-party rights.
6. Your false, misleading, unsafe, unlawful, or unauthorized statements or activities.
7. Your violation of applicable law, regulatory requirements, or app store requirements.

TCG Calendar will not be liable for delay or failure caused by events outside its reasonable control, including internet outages, hosting failures, cyberattacks, payment processor issues, app store outages, operating system changes, government action, venue closures, emergencies, natural events, labour disruptions, public health events, or third-party platform failures.

TCG Calendar may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on the website with a new effective date.

For organizer, vendor, advertiser, sponsor, partner, or admin accounts, TCG Calendar may require acceptance of updated terms before continued use of onboarding, submission, admin, profile, or promotional tools.

For mobile app users, continued app use after updated Terms are posted or surfaced in the app may be treated as acceptance where permitted by law.

These Terms are governed by the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates and, where applicable, the laws of the Emirate of Dubai because TCG CALENDAR Marketing Management is licensed through DET in Dubai.

Unless a mandatory law, applicable regulatory rule, app store rule, or separate written agreement requires otherwise, disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the courts of Dubai.
